AAASPD REGISTRATION CENTER at Southern Oregon University (SOU)
The Registration Center at SOU will be in the foyer of the main entry to Science Hall. It will be open
Sunday, 13 June from 2:00 - 6:00 p.m.
Monday, 14 June from 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Tuesday, 15 June from 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday, 16 June from 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

REGISTRATION FEES

1. Program organizers and/or presenters in the Professional category may register at a reduced cost for the full meeting. Please refer to "Professional Presenter or Program Planner Full Meeting" category above.
2. The first 20 K-14 teachers to advance register for the full meeting (not just a workshop) will, upon request, receive a $75 stipend to help defray their meeting costs. The check for the stipend will be in the meeting packet provided at the Registration Center. The stipend is not available to those who register on-site.
3. Advance registration ends on Monday, 31 May. No advance registrations will be accepted beyond this date. All registrations beginning Tuesday, 1 June must be done on–site at the Registration Center (Sunday through Wednesday, 13 – 17 June).

STUDENT AWARDS BANQUET

Division Banquet (Tuesday, 15 June): $30.00.
The Division Banquet will be held in the Rogue River Room at the Stevenson Union on the campus of Southern Oregon University. Students who are eligible for awards of excellence are invited to join us as guests of the Division. Such students planning to attend the banquet must be sure to indicate so at the bottom of the first page of the Advance Registration Form.

REFUNDS

Requests for refunds must be in writing and postmarked or date-stamped no later than 20 May 2010. Requests can be made via USPS or e-mail (aaaspd@sou.edu). A handling fee of $15.00 will be applied. Refunds to credit cards will incur an additional 3.5% fee on the amount of the original charge to help cover the costs of the credit card fees assessed to the Pacific Division.
